Dashboard & Permissions
Staff Dashboard Message – Permanent message shown on staff Dashboards and at login.
Pet Sitters can update Clients and Pets – Allows sitters to edit the profiles of clients they already have access to.
Pet Sitters can see Pay – Choose whether sitters see Actual Payroll, Estimated Earnings, or nothing at all.
Assignments
- Pet Sitter Assignment Mode – Determines what happens when a visit is assigned (e.g., Immediately added to Pet Sitter schedule vs. Accept or Decline). How you set this may be based on if your sitters are treated as Independent Contractors or Employees.
- Pet Sitter Confirmation Reminder – Requires sitters to confirm upcoming visits closer to the scheduled time as a reminder of their assignment.
Tracking & Logistics
Time & Mileage Tracking – Enables time and mileage tracking by allowing staff to clock in and out, automatically recording work hours and mileage, and integrating timesheets into payroll.
Availability / Time Off – Sets whether sitter time off requires manager approval.
Pet Sitters can Pickup and Return keys themselves – Lets sitters manage key pickup/return without manager involvement.
- Key Request Notices – Notifies management if a sitter does not have a required key for an upcoming visit. This ensures sitters have access before their scheduled appointments.
Alerts & Overbooking
Late Arrival Alerts – Sends a notification if a sitter hasn’t arrived on time.
Notify When Pet Sitters are Overbooked – Alerts managers when scheduled visits exceed sitter capacity.
Drive Time Buffer – Minutes added between visits when calculating overbooking limits.
Journals
Pet Care Journals – Enables detailed visit journals with notes and photos sent to clients.
