Basic Communication
Site Email Address – The “reply‑to” address for all portal‑generated emails and the default email for all Office communication.
Email Signature – Rich‑text block appended to every outgoing email.
SMS Phone Number – Enables outbound text messaging once a number is provisioned. See SMS (text messaging) for setup.
Client Email Confirmations Default – Choose Send or Don’t Send for the default Visit‑confirmation email behavior. Details in Client Visit Confirmation Emails.
Messaging & Summaries
In‑Portal Messaging – Everyone shows the Messages page to all users; Staff Only hides it from clients, who will still receive messages via email. More in In‑Portal Messaging / Company Message Box.
Company Message Box – Creates a shared “Management” inbox that both Administrators and Managers can access.
Daily My Schedule emails – Sends each sitter a list of their actionable next-day visits.
Daily Master Schedule emails – Sends the full next‑day schedule to the address in Site Email Address.
Notifications (Office | Pet Sitters | Clients tabs)
Each tab lets you decide whether an action triggers a Push Notification, an Email, or SMS (if enabled). Examples include:
