The Precise Petcare mobile app provides businesses, their staff, and clients with essential features for managing visits on the go. While all core functionality is available in the web version, the mobile app offers additional benefits such as full walk GPS tracking, offline mode, and mileage tracking, making it a convenient option for users who need on-the-go access.
Who Can Use the App?
Both staff and clients can use the Precise Petcare mobile app. Clients can log in to view schedules, receive notifications, and communicate with their pet care provider, making it a valuable tool for all users.

Note: If your company uses a branded version of the app, search for your company’s specific name in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store instead.
After installation, open the app and log in with your Precise Petcare credentials.
Key Features & Functionality
1. Push Notifications
Receive real-time updates for new assignments, schedule changes, and other alerts.
Push notifications can be adjusted in two locations:
On your device settings under Settings app > Precise Petcare > Notifications, which is best for managing individual notifications.
Within the app under Administrative > My Account, where they can be completely disabled.
Administrators can configure default push notification settings under Communication > Communication Options.

2. Full Walk GPS Tracking
GPS tracking is enabled by default and can be used for arrival verification, mileage tracking, and check-in/check-out timestamps.
GPS tracking settings can be configured under Administrative > Site Options > Pet Sitters & Journals > GPS Tracking.

3. Offline Mode
If a user loses internet access during a visit, the app will store check-in/out times, GPS data, and visit details.
Once reconnected, all stored data will automatically sync.
Users can complete visit reports even when offline.
4. Mileage Tracking
Users can track mileage automatically when GPS tracking is enabled.
Mileage reports are visible to admins for reimbursement purposes.
The setting for enabling mileage tracking is under Administrative > Site Options > Time & Scheduling > Time & Mileage Tracking.
