After filling out their info and adding pets (see Invites and Client Registration) the client will be able to request visits using their Scheduling > My Schedule page.

  • To add visits to their schedule they will click the button, fill out the schedule and service details and click the  button
  • If you added a Visit Request Policy at Site Options > Clients they will see this policy above the "Submit" button
  • Each request that they make will result in corresponding "Requested" visits being added to their schedule and will send a notification email to the Site Email Address
  • While still set as "Requested" clients can edit and delete visits, allowing them to fix mistakes. Once you assign visits to sitters they can no longer perform those actions.
