Most pages you open—My Schedule, Clients, Availability, and others—share the same controls. Once you know these basics you can move around the portal with confidence.
Choosing a page view
On calendar-style pages (My Schedule, Availability) a View menu appears just above the calendar:
Month · 2 Week · Week · 5-Day · 3-Day · 1-Day – pick the span that fits your screen.
Table – a spreadsheet-style grid that shows every visit detail in one place.
Route – see your visits for each day on a map with total projected drive time and distance
The portal remembers the last view you picked, so the next time you open that page it will appear the same way.
Personal settings & help
Gear icon (above navigation) – open Account to change your password or set notification preferences. Switch Portals if you have multi-location access. Logout to leave the portal.
Help link (? icon) – search the knowledge base or contact support without leaving the page.
Tips for mobile use
Native app first. The Precise Petcare app (or your branded version) makes clock-ins faster and records full GPS routes.
