All data is automatically backed up daily and saved for 30 days*. In the event that any data has been unintentionally deleted it can be restored for you, provided you contact us within that 30 day window. To have your data restored send an email to support@precisepetcare.com with the following:
- The data that needs to be restored, including what page it was deleted from
- The date from which to restore the data
*Please note that since backups occur only once per day if the data was deleted the same day as it was created there most likely will be no backup.
