If you can't login to the system use the following list to help find what the problem could be:
- Wrong URL: Make sure you're logging in from either YOUR_PETSSL_DOMAIN.petssl.com/login (substituting your business name for YOUR_PETSSL_DOMAIN) OR www.precisepetcare.com/login
- Incorrect credentials: If you're receiving an "Invalid Email Address or Password" error message make sure you're using the correct email address and password (for security purposes we cannot specify whether it's the email or password which is incorrect so check both). You may also receive this message if you have the wrong URL. Use the "Forgot Password?" link to reset your password if you're sure you're at the correct URL.
- I login and am immediately logged out:
- Make sure that the date, time and timezone are set all correctly on your device
- Make sure that you are not using Private Browsing mode in your browser (if using Safari on iOS see https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203036)
- Make sure that your browser is set to accept cookies
- I am randomly logged out of the system: This will happen in the following circumstances:
- If you login to your account using a different device it will log you out of the other device
- If you login to a different account in a separate tab using the same browser
- If you logout in a separate tab using the same browser
- If you login to your account using a different device it will log you out of the other device
