There are 3 different places that confirmation emails can be turned on/off:

  1. Communication > Communication Options > Client Email Confirmations Default (this can be overridden with either the settings below)
  2. Ongoing series-specific. Click on the green arrow icon to edit an ongoing series and make sure Client Email Confirmation is set to “Don’t Send” (can be overridden with the setting below). NOTE: If your Client Email Confirmations Default is set to "Don't Send" Ongoing series will NEVER send confirmations
  3. Visit-specific. Edit a visit and make sure Client Email Confirmation is set to “Don’t Send”
