Sitters using the native app will have full-walk GPS tracking, while sitters using the browser app on their phone will have GPS markers for their arrival and completion location (see How do I make sure my GPS location can be shared? for help with issues related to GPS locations).
Not Interested in using GPS?
You can turn full-walk GPS tracking off or all GPS tracking off by adjusting the setting at Site Options > Sitters & Journals > GPS Tracking.
Who can see GPS Maps?
- Master/Manager: All maps for clients they have permissions to see on the Master Schedule, the Live Sitter Map on the Dashboard (the sitter's most recent visit only) and on the Pet Care Journals
- Sitters: Their own maps using the "Map/Live Map" button on their My Schedule page and on the Pet Care Journals
- Clients: If you have allowed clients to see GPS maps (Site Options > Clients > Clients can see GPS Maps), their own maps from their My Schedule page and on the Pet Care Journals
