Your manager may decide to add a list of pet sitters to the Staff Contacts, which can be found at Resources > Staff Contacts. This will allow you to be able to communicate directly with those individuals using their email address or phone number. Related to this is your ability to see Past Visit Notes and Journals, allowing you to see which sitters previously serviced and will next service the same clients as you.
