As a way for multiple sitters who are all performing visits for the same client to communicate the system has two different ways for you to access the other sitters' notes and journals.
Visit Notes from Sitter and Recent Journals
When you are viewing a Client Profile there are Visit Notes from Sitter and Recent Journals fields. These fields will include a list of the visit notes and journals that any sitter has added to any visit for this client over the last 2 weeks.
Previous Visit Notes/Journals
On your My Schedule page you will be able to see the last note and/or journal added by a different sitter for the same client over the last week. These will only appear on visits for the current day that haven't been completed or canceled.
