The portal lets you pull almost anything—clients, pets, keys, schedules, reports—into a file you can store offline or send straight to Google Drive for shared, cloud-based access.

Save to your computer (XLS / CSV)

  • Go to Tools › Export.

  • Select the record or date range, then choose XLS or CSV to download the file.

  • Note that not all data is exportable.

Service-specific exports

  • Billing › Payroll – under Services you’ll find preset formats for common processors such as Gusto and ADP.

  • Billing › Invoices – in addition to XLS/CSV you can export:

    • QuickBooks Online CSV (maps invoice fields for direct QBO import)

    • QuickBooks IIF (for QuickBooks Desktop)

  • Billing › Transactions – offers an IIF download for QuickBooks Desktop.

Send directly to Google Drive

Alongside the traditional download buttons you’ll see Drive.

  • The first time you click Drive, sign in with a Google account; afterward, the portal remembers the connection.

  • Selecting Drive for a spreadsheet export creates a Google Sheet in that account.

  • On Resources › Photos, mark images, choose Export › Drive, and save full-resolution pet photos to the same Drive.

To link a different Google account later, open Tools › Export, disconnect the current Drive account, and authorize the new one.

Why export?

  • Maintain off-portal backups of critical data.

  • Hand tidy spreadsheets to accountants, trainers, or payroll processors without granting portal access.

  • Share photos or sheets through Google Drive links instead of large email attachments.
