GPS Tracking
The Precise Petcare App will track your entire assignment, while using a web browser will capture the GPS location only for the Arrived and Complete actions. More information on GPS tracking can be found here: How do I make sure my GPS location can be shared?
Completing Assignments
You may have the option to alert the client that you are en route to their visit, which can be done by using the "On The Way" button. The process of completing an assignment includes first marking the visit as In Progress using the "Arrived" button and later marking the visit as Completed using the "Complete" button. If for any reason you are unable to Arrive you can still use the Complete button without first arriving. In Progress assignments appear on your schedule in blue, while Completed ones appear in gray.
