If you are using Ongoing visits the system will continue to create new visits until you cancel the series. When you cancel or delete the individual visits created by an ongoing series it does not cancel or delete the whole series.

TO CANCEL a whole series of ongoing visits: Click on theicon (either on a visit or at the top of the Schedule tab in the client's profile) to bring up the editor. Set Status to “Canceled” and save. After that the ongoing icon will turn grey (). You can then delete the visits and no more will be generated.

In some cases you may want to delete visits after making adjustments to the ongoing series. Keep in mind that you can use the “select all” check box to select more than one visit at a time. Combine this either by going to the client’s personal schedule and/or using the search and you should be able to remove many visits quickly.
