iCal is a universal calendar format that works with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, and most other scheduling apps. Every page in the portal that shows a calendar—Master Schedule, Availability, Timesheet/Mileage, Key Transfers, and more—can generate its own private iCal link so you can see up-to-date information from any device.
Get your feed URL
Open the calendar view you want to share.
Click Tools › iCal Feed.
In the pop-up choose Subscribe.
If your computer or phone is already set up for calendar subscriptions, the chosen app opens automatically.
Otherwise, copy the webcal:// link and paste it into your calendar app’s Add by URL / Internet Calendar option (e.g., Settings › Add Calendar › From URL in Google Calendar).
What to expect
Your external calendar stays in sync with the portal; the refresh rate depends on the calendar app (Google can take several hours, Apple often refreshes every 15 min).
Anyone who has the link can read the feed, so treat it like a password.
Changing your portal password instantly disables all previously issued feed links.
My Schedule iCal feeds are available only in a web browser, not inside the native mobile app.
Tip: Create separate feeds—for example, one for My Schedule, one for Key Transfers—and layer them in your calendar app for quick color-coded oversight.
