PPC Labs allows you to choose individual features to try as they are developed and refined. This provides early access to new functionality while keeping full control over what changes in your portal.
Where to Find PPC Labs
You can access PPC Labs at: Admin → Business Settings → PPC Labs
From there, you can browse available features and choose which ones you want to enable.
How Labs Features Work
Features in PPC Labs use two types of toggles depending on how they are implemented.
On / Off
Turning On activates the feature immediately.
- The functionality becomes available in your portal right away.
- System behavior or interface changes may take effect instantly.
Included / Not Included
Selecting Included enables the feature but does not immediately activate functionality.
- The feature may add new settings or configuration options.
- The functionality begins working once those settings are configured.
Default State
When you first open PPC Labs:
- All features start as Off or Not Included
- Nothing changes in your portal unless you choose to enable something
This ensures that new functionality never activates automatically.
Features Continue to Evolve
Features available in PPC Labs are fully functional, but they may continue to evolve as they are used.
During this process:
- Behavior may improve
- Additional options may be added
- Workflows may be adjusted
PPC Labs is where features develop and mature before becoming standard parts of the platform.
Feedback Helps Shape Features
Using Labs features and sharing feedback helps improve them.
Helpful feedback may include:
- Suggestions
- Workflow observations
- Issue reports
- Reasons for disabling a feature
