Timing

  • Login Session Duration – Sets the hour each day when the system runs all automated tasks, including generating and charging invoices, and sending automated emails and confirmations.

  • Login Session Duration – Determines how long users stay logged in before being required to re-enter their credentials. This applies to both staff and clients.

  • Visit Time Display Mode – When set to "Time Block + Specific Time," each visit can be scheduled for Pet Sitters at an exact time. Clients will only see Time Blocks.
  • Ongoing Schedule Lookahead – Controls how far in advance ongoing visits appear in the schedule. See Ongoing Visits for details.


Blocking

  • Date Naming & Blocking – Allows businesses to rename days and restrict client scheduling on specific dates.

  • Block Last Minute Requests – Prevents clients from requesting visits within a specified time frame before the requested visit start time. 


Appearance

  • Auto-mark First/Last Visits – A checkered pattern marks the first and last visits for consecutive visit days, excluding canceled and unavailable visits.

  • Schedule Colors – Allows customization of the status colors displayed on the schedule for different visit states.
