As a way to allow for bulk changes to visit prices and/or pay we have "Recalculate" functionality on the Master Schedule. If you've updated service prices or pay you can quickly update visits with the new rates. NOTE: if you use the Effective Date when updating service or custom prices/pay then doing a Recalculate shouldn't be necessary.
- On the Scheduling > Master Schedule page select one or more visits and click on the "Recalculate" button
- When doing a preview you can view all of your originally selected visits or click on "Changes" to hide all unchanged visits
- Click on "Apply Recalculation" to apply the changes
- Each specific change is detailed in the Activity Log ("Price Recalculated from $ to $")
