You may have extra supplemental services that you charge for that take place during other services. NOTE: Clients can see and request Addon Services so don't use them for extra fees - instead use Surcharges for those
- Addon Services can be added from the Petcare > Services & Times > Addon Services page
- Each Addon Service can be limited by Service type AND by Time Block. This would allow you, for example, to limit a "plant watering" service to daytime time blocks only
- As with Base Services you can add Additional Pet Pricing to Addon Services. Note that 1+ (one or more) is applied to the first pet. If you want to charge extra starting with a second pet use 2+
- To add Addon Services to visits from the Master Schedule:
- When adding new visits checkmark them under Optional Addon Services once you have selected a Service & Time Block
- To add them to existing visits checkmark the visits and use the "Addon" button
- When editing visits use the "Add Addon Services" button
- When your clients are requesting services they will be presented with the option to select one or more Addon Services if they choose the appropriate service type and time block (shown above)
- Addon Services are added to the base price and pay of a service
- Addon Services are displayed on the calendar with a "+ nail trim" after the service name
