• You can add notes to multiple visits at the same time by using the checkboxes () or one at a time by clicking the  on the calendar to open up the visit actions
  • Click on the "Notes" action.
  • Choose whether the note is to the Client, Sitter, or Manager
  • Type the note in the box and click on the "Done" button
  • The note will now be visible on the Master Schedule calendar and on the My Schedule page for the Client/Sitter (unless it's a Manager note).
  • They will receive an email notification that you have added a note to their visit (unless it's a Manager note).
