This article only applies if you signed up before April 2017
Beginning in April 2017 we will be transitioning all accounts to in-system billing. Here are the benefits of switching from the Billing Portal to in-system billing:
- Self Upgrades and Downgrades: no need to contact us when you want to change your plan
- Seamless transition: the system will automatically start in-system billing when your current cycle ends (you won't get double-charged)
- Billing history: quickly see your past charges with a single click (in-system charges only)
- One password to remember: no more need to keep track of the separate Billing Portal password
How do I switch to In-system Plan Billing?
- Login as a Master User and go to the Administrative > My Plan page. (Don't see that page? Contact us)
- Enter your credit card information under the Billing section at the bottom and click "Save"
- That's it! Your in-system autopay will begin when your current Billing Portal cycle ends.
