A great way to get familiar with how your clients use the system is to login as one, which you can do without logging out of your current account! This is done from the Logins tab of a Client Profile (or the main Administrative > Client Logins page). If you haven't created any Logins yet you can create a test one and connect it to a either a real or a test Client Profile (use a test Profile if you want to do more than look)
- Find the Client Login that you want to login with and click the Actions button (
). Then click Login as Client from the actions menu. - You are now logged in as the client and the system will only allow you to do what they could do (actions will appear in the Activity Log as the client)
- When you are done click on the actions button beside the client's profile name in the main menu area (top left corner) and then click "switch back".
